A Prayer of Dedication of My School to God

I dedicate my school, its campus, the buildings, the students, my friends and the faculty to Your purposes God. I firmly declare that Jesus Christ is Lord over my school and there is no other God over [School Name] but You.

I invite Your Holy Spirit to rule and reign over this campus now and for the entire school year. I declare that the peace and presence of God will permeate the halls, classrooms, library, sports fields, gymnasium, offices, and every building on my campus.

May the atmosphere of the school be permeated with Your Spirit of salvation, repentance, revival, and renewal for every student, teacher, principal, parent, and worker in my school now and every day throughout the school year.

I dedicate my school as a place of safety with an environment conducive to learning and growing in godly character. From this place may leaders, like Moses, Joshua, Joseph, Daniel, Ruth and Esther arise going into all sectors of society to contend for truth and justice.

My Call and Mission

Father, I know that You have given me a call to influence my school and I accept it as my mission field. I receive that call with gratitude and a sense of responsibility. You have plans for this school and I believe you have plans for me.

Help me to see my friends, my peers, those younger than me and those older than me, my teachers, and the school administrators through Your eyes. Give me courage to step out in the ways You are calling me to step out.

Give me the strength to keep my heart and mind pure; focused on You above all the noise of day-to-day circumstances, trials, and temptations. I now avail myself to Your greater purposes and plans for me, my school, and my sphere of influence.

🔥 Spiritual Hunger

Heavenly Father, give each student a desire to seek after You and to know You. Draw each one to Yourself and cause every heart to be receptive to the gospel of Jesus Christ. Create a hunger and thirst for Your truth and righteousness.

💕 Relationships

Guide students to make wise decisions in choosing friends and relationships with their peers. Keep them from destructive relationships that would bring them harm and lead them away from Your will.

Protect students' hearts from the wounds of rejection and mistreatment from peers. Bring alongside students godly people who will love and respect them unconditionally. Surround them with your protection as they participate in school activities and sports.

Give students a desire to learn; motivate them to do their best and be responsible in their schoolwork. Help them lay a good foundation for their future in education and career. Help every student achieve his/her goals and pursue their God-given dreams.

Father God, I pray that You would guide the steps of every student to the classes and teachers where they will best prosper. Send godly people into their lives who will encourage them to stay in school and be diligent in their studies.

Protect students from distractions that would draw them away from You and the career path You have for them. Give grace also to those students who are having difficulty in school. Guide their parents and teachers in how to best help them learn and succeed.
